HR BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER

We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Support Officer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of strategic HR initiatives across the FHL Group.

This role provides strategic and operational HR support across the FHL Group, with a strong focus on talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and culture transformation. Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources, the successful candidate will play a key role in aligning HR practices with business goals, supporting leadership development, and driving a high -performance culture.

SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Support the implementation of Group -wide talent and engagement strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Coordinate recruitment and talent activities, ensuring timely and value -adding reporting.
  • Coordinate staff engagement initiatives and culture programs across subsidiaries.
  • Administer staff welfare and health programs in collaboration with OHS.
  • Provide coaching and support to line managers on performance and development planning.
  • Assist in the delivery of onboarding and graduate programs.
  • Align HR initiatives with business strategies and operation al plans.
  • Conduct workforce planning and talent analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead or support HR projects and change initiatives across the Group.
  • Act as a key HR liaison for subsidiaries, providing guidance on organizational development and talent strategies .
  • Support the implementation of HR governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, industrial relations standards, and internal codes of conduct.
  • Prepare and consolidate Quarterly Subsidiaries HR Reports with analytics, insights, and recommendations to Group Head of HR on Actions Plans .
  • Support the development and execution of culture plans and diagnostics.
  • Promote FHL as an employer of choice through strategic engagement and communication.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field. AHRI or CIPD certification and double Major in Finance & Investment is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner .
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of employment relations, organizational development, and leadership programs.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/HCM systems and advanced Excel for workforce analytics.
  • High integrity, strategic thinking, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
