TEAM LEADER SALES AND MARKETING NORTH

FHL Fund Management Limited (FML) seeks a motivated and engaging Team Leader Sales Marketing to support targeted marketing strategies and assist sales within the Northern Division. The incumbent will assist in offering useful information on our products and services such as units, general investment advisory, stockbroking admin services and matters pertaining to FHL Unit Trust (FHUT) Prospectus. As the primary contact, you will render timely responses to customer enquiries and deliver positive customer experience with win-win results. This role will report directly to Sales & Marketing Manager and will be based in the Labasa office.

SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Execute the annual Sales and Marketing Budget for North branch.
  • Achieve the allocated income as per the annual sales budget and drive profit through excellent sales and marketing deliverables.
  • Support senior sales staff in the development of a sales & marketing (S&M) strategic plan.
  • Successfully attain the annual New Account Budget through effective execution. Coordinate investment presentations for all target markets in the area of service.
  • Support in the formulation and delivery of sales and marketing concepts.  
  • Conduct investment advice on new accounts and redemption to customers.
  • Prepare correspondence to external parties regarding customer investment confirmations, including the inclusion of statutory declarations. Oversee the reconciliation of cash after every trip attended.
  • Attend to any ad-hoc invitation or any other schedule visits by way of invitation to carry out investment product presentation or financial literacy.  
  • Facilitate and/or lead the development and implementation of wellness and health programs for Labasa staff.
  • Propose process improvement and exceptional service ideas.
  • Strive for full compliance with Health and Safety at Work regulations and adhere to all related laws from an employee’s perspective.Ensure a sign in and sign out register is maintained and followed.
  • Ensure that all sales in house is reconciled and banked accordingly.
  • Maintain a valid MIS Representative License.  
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of   3 years’ successful experience in a similar field. Experienced in Sales and Marketing with a background in banking or financial services.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, HR, PR, from a recognized institution
  • Managed Investment Scheme Representative License (MIS Rep.)
  • Valid Driving License (Group 2)
  • Proven experience and confidence in delivering presentations and engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Possess effective communication, reporting, data organization and interpretation skills.
  • Driven to achieve results ethically and make positive changes that last.
  • Excellent command of both English and  i-Taukei language will be an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated abilities to use business solutions and systems.
  • Possess an excellent reputation of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment.
