Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL) announces the appointment of Mr. Anare Jale to its Board, effective from 20th February 2024. Mr. Jale joins the Board of FHL as representative of iTaukei Affairs Board, the majority shareholder of FHL.

Mr. Jale is a semi-retired career civil servant and was a former member of Parliament for the Opposition in the last government holding the portfolio of Shadow Minister of Foreign Affairs. As a career civil servant having served 36 years in the public service of Fiji, Mr. Jale held various senior positions including CEO Public Service, Secretary for Public Service, and Permanent Secretary for Labour. He also served as Fiji’s Ambassador to the United States of America and Mexico. He serves as a director in various companies.

The FHL Chairman Col. (Ret’d) Sakiusa Raivoce extended a warm welcome to the new Director, stating “We are delighted to welcome Anare Jale to the FHL Group.
