Appointment of New Chairman for Fijian Holdings Limited

Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL) announces transition in its Board of Directors, with the appointment of a new Chairman to be effective from 1st April 2024.

Guided by the company’s Articles of Association, the majority shareholders have appointed Mr. Rokoseru Nabalarua as the new Chairman for the company replacing Colonel (Ret’d) Sakiusa Raivoce who remains on the Board as an Independent Director and Deputy Chairman. Mr. Raivoce assumes the chairmanship of FHL Properties Limited and will be directly involved in the completion of the FHL Tower project given his knowledge in the project from the start. This change comes as part of FHL’s strategic succession planning at the Board level, reflecting its commitment to fostering continuous growth.

Mr. Nabalarua brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise, to steer FHL towards new and greater heights of success. Welcoming Mr. Nabalarua to his new role, the Board and Management express confidence in his ability to continue moving the company forward.
