Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Elenoa Biukoto to its Board of Directors with immediate effect.
Ms. Biukoto was nominated by the Ministry of iTaukei Affairs, a major shareholder of FHL and appointed by the FHL Board pursuant to Article 53 of the Company's Articles of Association to fill the casual vacancy arising from the cessation of Mr. Jone Navakamocea's directorship following the expiry of his appointment as Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of iTaukei Affairs.
Ms. Biukoto is the Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Fiji and brings more than 20 years of executive leadership, financial management and corporate governance experience across the telecommunications, banking and professional services sectors.
She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales and is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).
