Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL), in partnership with Cbayview Enterprise Pte Limited, is undertaking the development of a two-storey commercial complex at the intersection of Princess Road and Khalsa Road. We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced firms to collaborate with FHL as the Project Manager for this exciting project.

Firms interested in this development, with relevant expertise and have demonstrated past experiences are invited to submit their interest and provide a detailed CV of key individuals that will be directly involved in the project.

• Valid FNU Levy Compliance Letter
• Valid Tax Registration Certificate
• Valid Relevant Insurance Covers
• Business Registration Certificate
• Company Profile/Structure
• Financial Viability (Past 3 years)
• Capability Statement
• Additional relevant technical License(if any)
