We are now looking for an experience HR Project Support who shares the same values, and commitment to integrity and is experienced to support HR digital transformation projects and operations.
The role is responsible for leading HR functions and delivering strategies that will ensure that the subsidiary continues to be a socially responsible employer and sustainable building materials manufacturer. The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the subsidiary with indirect reporting to the People & Leadership Subcommittee and the FHL Group Head of Human Resources.
The role is responsible for ensuring audits and investigations are completed in accordance with standards, practices, policies and guidelines issued by the Institute of Internal Auditors Global Inc, FHL Group Internal Audit Charter, FHL Group Internal Audit Policy and Procedure Manual. The role provides assurance on the effectiveness and strength of governance, risk management and control in the business, targeted at providing quality services and sustainable returns to its stakeholders. The role reports to the Chairperson, Board of Audit, Risk and Committee (BARC) and FHL Group Manager Audit, Risk & Compliance (ARC) and administratively to the Chief Executive Officer.7
The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall project management of the designing, planning, construction and commissioning of the new cement manufacturing plant. The successful candidate must have a similar professional background in successfully delivering cement factory transformation with an excellent reputation in stakeholder management, sound commercial judgment and leading the business through significant changes and projects. This role will report directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer –FHL and Project Committee.
The successful applicant will be a people and culture champion that will lead the development and implementation of targeted people and culture initiatives for the South Sea Cruises Group. This role will also be responsible for the delivery of strategies that will ensure that South Sea Cruises Group continues to be a socially responsible employer and sustainable tourism operator.

HR Project Support
This role is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department by providing professional, analytical, and technical support
to HR-related projects and initiatives including design Of process flow, planning, implementation, and maintenance Of HR policies,
programs, and procedures. The incumbent serves as a resource and project support for certain organizational activities, including
supporting HR operations. This position Will also provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department. Reporting directly to the Group Manager HR, the incumbent must be a great communicator, possess excellent project management skillsets, and have successful experience in supporting the implementation of digital transformational projects.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Provide technical support on project design, planning and scoping deliverables and assist Management Team in the delivery Of accurate weekly and monthly monitoring progress reports against plan.
- Analyse. administer and support Of HRIS projects across entities on Its relevance, compatibility to infrastructure, vulnerability and any other critical item to the project.
- Assist in translating system into User Ready documentations as part of implementation readiness.
- Coordinate with project team, developers and vendors to understand and implement project specifications.
- Automate setup, provisiomng and maintenance tasks.
- Proactively identify and report to Project Manager applicable project risks with recommended solutions.
- Support HR operations and ensure timely delivery of HR admin and support activities.
TO be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
- Having at least I year of hands-on experience in HR and Project Support working with APIs, Project Management of Digital Transformation or Automation of Business Process Operations.
- Clear and effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in multiple teams.
- Experience in project management and business reports.
- Moderate and hands-on understanding of technical system —administration tasks such as server setup, networking protocols, firewalls, systems-tuning and design,
- Possess tertiary qualification in HR and IS.
- Integrity in business dealings and assertiveness in ensuring ethical business practices.
