PAYROLL & HR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

The Payroll & HR Administration Officer is responsible for payroll processing and timely updating the HR administration. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Human Resources, the position will provide vital support to the business and contribute to the efficient review of the Staff Compensation Plans. 

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Professionally process and execute end-to-end payroll with accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality. 
  • Timely delivery and support to business units on all HR Administration results. 
  • Provide payroll and benefit reports for both business units and as part of overall business planning initiatives. 
  • Support Group HR team in implementing HR processes, reporting frameworks, and or updating HR governance under the guidance of the Group HR Business Partners. 
  • Support the development and execution of innovative HR solutions, projects, and People Engagement. 
  • Assist in the event management of key office functions and FHL Group engagements.  
  • Actively comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Proven experience in payroll administration and HR support. 
  • Good appreciation of employment legislation and payroll systems. 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Share the same values as FHL, high level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently, be innovative, and positively collaborate with teams.
