Marica Wati Rokovada-Hallacy

Ms Rokovada-Hallacy is a seasoned property land management and development consultant with well over 25 years of experience in property land management and development. Throughout her career, she has worked with major property owners such as BSP Life Insurance and Bank. She has served as a company director for close to 20 years across 4 companies, including FHL Properties, in addition to 13 years as a consultant in the construction industry. Her expertise spans personal and business lending, residential and commercial leasing and development, and project management, including the GCC Complex Redevelopment.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Land Management and Development from the University of the South Pacific as well as a Diploma in Construction Studies from Fiji National University. A Leadership Fiji Fellow, Ms Rokovada-Hallacy is an active member of its Leadership Fiji Alumni as well as the Fiji Institute of Valuation and Estate Management. She currently serves as a Company Director of FHL Properties Pte Limited and Chairperson of Assets Fiji Pte Limited.

Ms Rokovada-Hallacy brings specialist property and asset knowledge to the Board. Her expertise helps FHL protect, develop, and grow value from its property investments.
