FHL was formed to fulfil the vision of Fiji's iTaukei leaders to create a meaningful presence within the business community and ensure broader participation in the national economy.
Today, FHL is a publicly listed investment holding company with a diversified portfolio spanning finance, tourism, media, manufacturing, retail, property and investment services. Through strategic investments and responsible governance, the Group continues to contribute to Fiji's economic growth while supporting sustainable long-term development.
FHL shareholders include Provincial Councils, the iTaukei Land Trust Board, the iTaukei Affairs Board, Tikina and Village groups, iTaukei co-operatives, family companies and individual shareholders.
