Mr Rokoseru Nabalarua is the Chairman of Fijian Holdings Limited. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Lyndhurst Group of Companies, one of Fiji's established private sector groups.

He has held senior executive and board roles across energy, petroleum, water utilities, manufacturing, property development, and commercial operations. He previously led the Fiji Electricity Authority, Pacific Energy South West Pacific Ltd, and FIJI Water Natural Waters of Viti Pte Limited. He has also served on major boards, including Energy Fiji Limited, BSP Bank Local Advisory Board, Westpac Bank Fiji Local Advisory Board, and Future Farms.

Mr Nabalarua brings strong commercial judgement, engineering discipline, and practical experience in leading large operating businesses. His experience supports FHL's focus on disciplined investment decisions, strong governance, and long-term shareholder value.

Colonel (Ret'd) Sakiusa Raivoce is the Deputy Chairman of Fijian Holdings Limited. He has a strong background in leadership, security, governance, and institutional discipline.

He served as a senior officer in the Republic of Fiji Military Forces and held key United Nations appointments in Lebanon, Kuwait, and West Timor. He currently chairs South Sea Cruises Limited, FHL Properties Pte Limited, Life Cinema, and key FHL Board sub-committees. He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course and serves as an Independent Director of Sun Insurance.

Colonel Raivoce brings a steady and disciplined approach to Board oversight. His experience strengthens FHL's governance, risk oversight, people leadership, and group performance monitoring.

Mr Semi Lotawa is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Rise Beyond the Reef, a social enterprise that connects community production with market access.

He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Callison Pacific Pine Chemicals and co-founded Serevi Rugby. His career includes work in investment analysis, business operations, parks management, environmental education, and community development in Fiji and the United States. He currently serves as Chairman of Basic Industries Limited and holds community and service roles with Soqosoqo Vakamarama Ba, Rotary Water Pacific, and the Navosa Hospital Board of Visitors.

Mr Lotawa brings both enterprise and community development experience to the Board. His perspective helps FHL assess investments that can deliver commercial returns while supporting wider local participation and community benefit.

Ratu Savenaca Alexander Seniloli is a senior business leader with more than 30 years of experience across manufacturing, utilities, natural resources, FMCG, and industrial operations.

His experience covers dairy, poultry, mining, industrial chemicals, packaging, garments, and water services. He has strong expertise in operations management, supply chain, risk, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. He holds qualifications in chemical and process engineering, dairy technology, and engineering management, and currently serves as a Director of the Water Authority of Fiji and Elixir South Pacific Limited.

Ratu Seniloli brings strong operational depth to FHL's Board. His experience helps FHL assess business performance, manage operational risk, and strengthen oversight of its industrial and operating investments.

Mr Anare Jale is a former senior public servant, diplomat, and Member of Parliament with extensive experience in public administration and corporate governance.

He served as Fiji's Ambassador to the United States and Mexico. He has chaired the Fiji National Provident Fund, the Fijian National Training Council, and the RKS Board of Governors. He has also served on several boards, including Yatu Lau Company Limited, the Asian Productivity Organisation, and the Fiji Medical School.

Mr Jale brings strong institutional knowledge and public sector judgement to the Board. His experience helps FHL engage with national institutions, policy stakeholders, and community interests while maintaining sound governance and accountability.

Ms Marica Wati Rokovada-Hallacy is a property management and development consultant with more than 25 years of experience in property and land management.

Her experience covers residential and commercial leasing, property development, lending, project management, and asset management. She has served as a company director across multiple companies and has also worked as an independent consultant. She holds qualifications in land management, development, and construction studies, and currently serves as a Director of FHL Properties Pte Limited and Assets Fiji Pte Limited.

Ms Rokovada-Hallacy brings specialist property and asset knowledge to the Board. Her expertise helps FHL protect, develop, and grow value from its property investments.

Dr Ilimotama Cawi is a CPA and Certified Forensic Accounting Specialist with strong experience in audit, investigation, and financial oversight.

He has worked as a forensic accountant, auditor, investigator, and academic across private and public sector organisations. His experience includes work with the Fiji Police Force, the University of the South Pacific, and Fiji National University. He currently chairs Pacific Cement Pte Limited and serves on audit and risk sub-committees for FHL, Basic Industries Limited, and Pacific Cement Pte Limited.

Dr Cawi brings a strong assurance and control perspective to the Board. His expertise supports FHL's financial discipline, risk oversight, audit governance, and protection of shareholder value.

Mr Viliame Leqa is a businessman and community leader with experience in enterprise development, resource-owner participation, and commercial partnerships.

He is the Chairman of Yatu Lau Company Limited. His work covers property investment, commercial development, hospitality, and provincial enterprise. He has also supported stronger resource-owner participation through business partnerships, cooperative structures, and community development initiatives.

Mr Leqa brings a strong understanding of iTaukei enterprise and community-based investment. His experience supports FHL's founding purpose of growing commercial participation, building long-term community wealth, and strengthening the role of resource owners in Fiji's economy.

Ms Elenoa Biukoto is a Director of Fijian Holdings Limited. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Fiji, one of Fiji's leading telecommunications and digital services companies.

She has more than two decades of leadership experience across telecommunications, finance, audit, revenue assurance, corporate governance, and business operations. At Vodafone Fiji, she has held senior roles including Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Financial Controller, and Manager Revenue Assurance and Audit. Before joining Vodafone Fiji, she worked with ANZ Pacific Operations as a Business Analyst and with PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Manager.

Ms Biukoto brings strong financial discipline, governance experience, and practical insight into technology, customer markets, and large corporate operations. Her experience supports FHL's focus on sound investment decisions, strong oversight, digital growth, and long-term shareholder value.
