Rokoseru Nabalarua

Mr Rokoseru Nabalarua is Chairman of the Fijian Holdings Limited Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Lyndhurst Group of Companies. A civil engineer by profession, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Auckland.

He has more than two decades of chief executive and senior leadership experience across Fiji and the Pacific, spanning infrastructure, energy, petroleum, manufacturing, water, property development and financial services. His previous executive appointments include Chief Executive Officer of Natural Waters of Viti Limited (FIJI Water), Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Energy South West Pacific Limited, Chief Executive Officer of the Fiji Electricity Authority (now Energy Fiji Limited), and senior regional roles with BP South-West Pacific and Shell Fiji. He also served in other private sector and statutory boards in Fiji. In New Zealand as Capital Investment Manager at Metrowater Auckland and in civil engineering consultancy services.

Mr Nabalarua brings extensive experience in corporate transformation, governance, strategic investment, major infrastructure delivery, stakeholder engagement and regional business leadership. He currently serves as Chairman and Director of Energy Fiji Limited and as a Director of BSP Financial Group Limited's Fiji operations. He is also a trustee of two locally registered Charities and one Australian-registered charity.
