Jaoji Koroi

Mr Jaoji Koroi has served as Group Chief Executive Officer of Fijian Holdings Limited since 8 March 2021. In recognition of his leadership and strategic direction, he was reappointed for a further four-year term from 1 May 2024. He brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across central banking, finance, investments, funds management, retail and diversified Group operations.

Mr Koroi began his career with the Reserve Bank of Fiji. He later held executive positions with Fijian Holdings Limited and served as Executive Director of the RB Patel Group. In 2009, he joined the Fiji National Provident Fund, where he held several senior roles before serving as its Chief Executive Officer.

Under his leadership, the FHL Group has achieved record revenues and profit before tax, double-digit growth in the Holding Company's investment portfolio and performance above pre-pandemic levels. He has also guided the diversification of FHL's funding sources, including the successful issuance and listing of Fiji's first wholesale corporate bond, and strengthened FHL's investment partnerships with iTaukei businesses.

Mr Koroi holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics from James Cook University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from the University of the South Pacific. He also serves as a Director of Fiji Television Limited.
