Mr Sidhant Sharma was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer of Fijian Holdings Limited, effective 1 March 2026. He served as Acting Group Chief Financial Officer in 2025 and has been with FHL since 2019, giving him more than seven years of direct Group finance and investment experience.
He has contributed to major finance initiatives across the Group, including FHL's wholesale corporate bond programme, merger and acquisition due diligence, split banking projects, and the review of Group financial capability. Before his appointment as Group CFO, he held finance and investment roles within FHL, including Group Finance Manager. He also serves as a director for FHL subsidiary and investment entities.
Mr Sharma holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of the South Pacific and has attended Executive Education at Harvard Business School. He brings financial discipline, capital management strength, and strong Group reporting capability to FHL.
