Sitiveni Nabuka

Mr Sitiveni Nabuka was appointed Group Manager Information Technology at Fijian Holdings Limited, effective 3 June 2024. He brings more than 20 years of experience in public sector digital services, financial sector project delivery, technology governance and Group IT leadership.

Before joining FHL, Mr Nabuka served as Director of the Project Management Office at the Fiji National Provident Fund. As a member of the leadership team, he contributed to key reforms and FNPF's digital transformation. He led the implementation of FNPF's core member administration system and customer-facing digital solutions, which received international recognition. Mr Nabuka also served as Director of e-Government, where he led major government-wide digitalisation projects.

Mr Nabuka holds a Master of Financial Technology from the University of New South Wales and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Fiji National University. He has also completed the Driving Digital Strategy executive education programme at Harvard Business School.

In his role at FHL, Mr Nabuka provides leadership in digital strategy, project delivery, cybersecurity and Group-wide technology direction across FHL and its subsidiaries.
